I specialize in working with athletes as well as female specific programs that are built around the individual with considerations for things like: menstrual cycle, menopause, pre/post natal training, etc. I have taught other trainers all over the world in matters of female specific training and have written articles for Girls Gone Strong and Training Game (of which I am now the Editor). You can expect to work with a professional trainer who has more than just a few months and an online certification under their belt.
