About Josh

Choosing the right personal trainer is important when you are making an investment that's going to change your life. When you chose to train with me you can expect a unique training style that focuses on strength training, flexibility, conjunction with interval training specific to your personal fitness goals. I have over 10 years of experience educating and guiding my clients through proper form, technique, functional movements, supplements and nutrition meal planning. I will track all monthly progress through ongoing body composition Measurements (BMI). You can expect results in less than 30 days with my program and nutrition advice. My favorite client story

I had a client who was battling with obesity and high blood pressure. She never workout with a trainer and was contemplating her decision to hire me. well we trained for 6 months and she notice a significant change in her weight, health and outward appearance. She lowed her blood pressure and was no longer on medication. Through proper exercising and correcting her diet. I was able to get her to lose 68 pounds in 9 1/2 months.

My favorite exercise is boxing, boxing gives me that total body workout, that keep my body lean.

Josh exemplifies fitness and has over 10 years of experience as Personal Trainer and nutritional consultant, Josh is certified as an Advanced Personal Fitness Trainer by the American Council of Exercise (ACE) and the National Federation of Personal Trainers (NFPT) Joshua, frequently attends specialized seminars and workshops sponsored by the American Council of Exercise to further his personal training knowledge and skills. Josh's training style emphasizes on body sculpting, sport conditioning, balance and endurance training for complete fitness, boxing and cardiovascular endurance. With a unique combination of proper nutrition and exercise programs, Josh has helped many dedicated clients to live healthier lifestyles.
