Starting to exercise can be overwhelming, especially if you are new to exercising or if you experience pain. My interest in physical therapy and corrective exercise techniques allows me to work with people that experience a wide variety of limitations; whether they are structural (knee, shoulder or back pain, arthritis etc...) or self imposed ("I can't"). I know that you can get stronger, lose weight, be pain free and start enjoying everyday life. My mission is to help you gain body awareness, mobility, strengths, and agility to be able to enjoy your everyday life, vacations, and maybe a new hobby.

The main components of physical fitness are flexibility, balance, co-ordination, strength, power, cardiovascular endurance and strength endurance. A sound fitness program has to encompass all these 7 components for our body to reach its full potential. Everybody is unique from weight, size, bone structure, injuries, and fitness background. This is why your fitness program will be tailored based on your specific needs.
