As a musical theatre performer, I have always known how essential it is to keep your body running at its optimal state. I fell in love with weight lifting in college, and translated that knowledge to competitive bodybuilding a few years later, and became a trainer to share that knowledge with others that could utilize it. I love working with clients that thrive in new experiences and always have new goals. Sessions with me can range from basic weight lifting techniques, to flexibility training and yoga.

Due to an illness last year, i lost 50 lbs in the matter of a few weeks, and all of my muscle with it. I was even struggling with lifting something that was only 5 pounds. I talked to Sierra about the issues I’ve been having: weakness, overall fatigue, dizziness. She asked me questions about how i worked out before, what I wanted to work on, and various lifestyle questions. She took everything i said into account and crafted a workout regimen for me that i could do in my living room and that worked for my very specific needs. Because of her help, I was able to start feeling healthy and like my body belonged to me again. Now that I’m healthier than i was last year (and i have muscles again!), she’s even designing a new routine for my new needs and goals. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
