About Joe

With 5 years experience in the profession of personal training, I am humbled to have helped who I have helped and gain the knowledge I currently have. Everybody is different and what works for one person will not work for the other. That's where I come in! I have worked with people as young as 16 and as old as 73. I have helped television personalities into spotlight and have helped people lose 160 pounds. I continue to receive thanks from these people who have changed their lifestyles and are now living better lives. I have helped elderly/bed-ridden patients, who have learned "if you don't use it, you will lose it". see as much as 130% gains in strength and functionality. My passion for health and fitness started at a young age from playing recreational sports to not being able to sit still at home. I went on to play High school and collegiate athletics, then from there polish my knowledge with a Degree in Kinesiology from UNCG. I then received my Personal Training Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine and have helped people achieve things never imaginable. My favorite client story

My favorite client success story is helping a client lose 160 pounds going from 336 to about 180. She uses her story to inspire others and travels the nation as a motivational speaker.

My favorite exercise

My favorite exercise is the squat. A squat at the basic level is a daily event for all of us, such as picking up the laundry off the floor or bending down and picking up our kids. Besides toning up areas that we all want to tone, the squat can really protect us from injury during our daily activities. We want weight loss, but we all want to move pain free as well.
