Philip is very professional, attentive and patient. He explains the exercises very well, why you’re doing them and what areas it will help target. I appreciate the fact that he conducts an assessment beforehand and asks what exercises you DON’T like or that are problematic (any injuries, etc) so that he can modify the exercises while continuing to help you reach your goals. His rates are reasonable and he also offers packages if you sign up for more that a few sessions. Overall, I would highly recommend Philip as a personal trainer.

Phil has been a great trainer for our teenage son and three of his friends. We were looking for a trainer who could come out to our house and provide professional training as they have all had their sports shut down this Fall. Phil is here once a week and has the boys go thru a tailored one-hour workout. The routines are different each week and the boys love it – high-energy, focused to their specific needs, and he has a motivational/positive demeanor with them. He's also provided video workouts that the boys do between each weekly workout. Not only have the workouts been great, everything else has been extremely professional – communication, payment, punctuality – he's here early and ready to rock on-time...he does all of little things very well which help to contribute to a very positive overall experience. I would highly recommend Phil to athletes and individuals at all levels that are seeking to get in shape or get to the next level.

Phil is incredibly professional and puts together challenging workouts to meet your exercise level. Each workout is entirely different which makes it exciting and fresh. Personally my workouts are between 30 and 45 min but when completed I feel as though I’ve been at it for 2 hours. I’m exhausted in the most positive way. He is super supportive and helps push you along to give you extra burst of energy when when you feel you have nothing left. I look forward to my workouts and highly recommend Phil.
