I grew up as an overweight, self-conscious child. When I started lifting for sports, I found a fascination with the possibilities fitness could open up for me. Between my junior and senior years of high school, I lost over 90 pounds while dramatically increasing strength, setting a few state powerlifting records along the way. The new feelings of confidence and overall positivity I felt were amazing and I wanted to share them with everyone. I knew that I could not have done these things without the help of mentors and trainers, so I seek to be that guide for others.
I've trained a wide variety of clients and goals, from seniors fitness classes to body-weight only training to strength and conditioning training. Although the clients may differ one things remain the same: the belief and backing that anyone, regardless of circumstance, can do things previously thought impossible through hard work and dedication. Transformations and goals are tough and need extra encouraging sometimes! I will always push you beyond your limits and provide a constant driving reminder that you can accomplish great things. I have helped individuals lose 30 pounds of fat, gain muscle, fix problems with loose skin, get strong, and train for their first 5k!
