I shed those 50lbs and look forward to discussing your goals.

I've avoided working out most of my life because I have no idea where to begin in the gym. All the equipment is foreign, and when I muster up the courage to give anything a try I end up hurting myself. Josh has been incredibly helpful with my goals to get stronger. He is able to explain the benefit of every exercise and stays engaged the entire workout session. Josh also believes in a comprehensive approach to fitness and is really helpful with keeping me on task with the food I eat.

Whenever I first started working out, I either didn't know what most of the exercises/machines were, or turns out I was doing them wrong. Josh is excellent at taking the time to explain all the details of each exercise, why you're doing it, and why it's beneficial. In addition, he's a great motivator, and is focused on making you better/stronger/faster/whatever you're looking for - and the results came much faster than I thought they would. I was worried about getting a personal trainer in the beginning, but I can't stress how happy I am with being teamed up with Josh. I think the best thing I could say is that now I actually look forward to our workout days, and I never used to like going to the gym. He makes champions

Josh, from the first moment I met him, was friendly and completely understanding of my situation. I have a torn acl and have been deemed a "coper" by a physical therapist - defined as one who is going to live with the condition. Josh has been determined to help me build the strength I need to be the best "coper" I can be. He has been patient yet also has pushed me when I need it - the perfect balance. That attribute is exactly what you're looking for in a trainer, and Josh has mastered it. I look forward to continue my training with him and couldn't have asked for a better adviser.

I started out just looking for a trainer who would get back into shape and improve my overall health. I found that, and much more with Josh. For the first time in many years, I've enjoyed going to the gym and have even started working out on my own when traveling for business. I owe all the motivation to Josh and his training philosophy. I workout with Josh about three times a week - the workouts are fun, are never the same, and he knows how to challenge me - but in a safe manner. Josh developed a personal training program specifically designed to help me reach my goals, and in just three months I’m feeling better about myself than I have in years. I’m stronger, leaner, and have more energy, all due to the training program and the diet plan Josh designed for me. If my story sounds familiar to you, reach out to Josh. You won't regret it!

I HATE working out. Even though I go to the gym three or four times a week, I dread it every day. I originally approached Josh to help me squat heavier weights and strengthen my cardio abilities. What I didn't anticipate was that Josh would develop a plan that I actually enjoyed doing. Josh created a schedule that involved 3 days of squatting and HIIT exercises with additional days of cardio. I have increased the amount I'm able to squat significantly and ran outside without wanting to crawl into a hole and die for the first time in years. But more than that, I have left the gym dripping sweat and feeling incredibly energized for the first time in years. Josh actually made me look forward to going to the gym. From the beginning, Josh took the time to listen and understand my goals and develop a plan that would work with my schedule. He checked up on me frequently throughout the process and patiently answered my dozens and dozens of questions. I plan on working with Josh throughout the future and I would recommend him to anyone looking to make a lifestyle change or just to tone a little bit. You will not regret hiring Josh as your personal trainer!
