I am a passionate health coach and personal trainer dedicated to empowering individuals in their journey towards optimal well-being, both in terms of health span and lifespan. With years of experience working with beginners to competitive athletes, I have had the privilege of helping my clients achieve remarkable transformations and extend their years of healthy living. 




From guiding them towards shedding medications like blood pressure meds, blood sugar meds, pain meds, psychiatric meds, and more, I am committed to helping them reclaim control over their health. What sets me apart is my personal journey. At the early age of 19, I faced a challenging battle with cancer. Through determination, resilience, and a deep understanding of the human body, I overcame this obstacle and emerged stronger than ever. Today, at the age of 50, I am at the pinnacle of my fitness and vitality, a testament to the power of proactive health management.

My favorite client story

I have numerous clients that could not lose weight, due to metabolic issues. Some were medical (hypothyroidism) and other inflicted by extreme dieting and exercising. One in particular that couldn't lose a pound no matter how little she ate and how much she trained. I have been able to get her metabolism working properly and she has lost 40 lbs.

My training philosophy

Training should be fun, motivational, educational and produce results. Each client should be pushed beyond their personal limits, not the limits of a group or "cookie cut' program. A training program should coincide with the goals and abilities of the client and should be customized for each individual.

My training experience

Experienced in weight loss, weight gain, rehabilitation, strength training, endurance training and contest prep. Also, as a Sports nutritionist. I balance exercise with proper nutrition to ensure optimal results, without suffering metabolic damage.
