About Domingo

My name is Domingo Morin, and for the past 15 years I have allowed myself to not only become the unhealthiest I have ever been in my life, but also the heaviest. After playing college baseball and semi-pro baseball, fitness was usually something that came natural to me. Well long after my playing days were over, I found myself so unhealthy and so unhappy in life. It took a recent medical scare to a family member for me to open my eyes to life. I not only am on a mission to get the healthiest I have ever been in my life, but to also help others achieve the same. So I started my journey and enrolled in a certification program to become a CPT (Certified Personal Trainer). Once completed, I realized that my true journey towards a healthier me was about to begin. I am well on my way to a more fit me and I encourage and invite others to join me on my journey, and make it part of yours, to a healthier you. Whether 1/1 is your thing, or in a group setting, each workout is designed to burn calories and get you RESULTS!! I am 44 years young and BELIEVE you are never too old or out of shape to get healthy. My training philosophy

I truly believe that in as little as 30mins of HIIT style training, 3x/week, you can truly transform your body and life for a healthier you! Challenge yourself! There is ZERO reason to have to go to a gym for 1-2 hrs. in your day to get results!

My training experience

Although I cover various disciplines of training, I myself do a lot of HIIT training (high intensity interval training). This is usually achieved in a Tabata style with short bursts of intense exercise followed by minimal rest periods. Truly burns calories!
