Kyle’s the first trainer I’ve come across that I believe genuinely cares about my fitness goals and helping me reach my dream body. He offers a fun and effective approach to working out. He’s taught me how my body works, and how to fuel it correctly with proper diet and nutrition. With a combination of strength training and HIIT cardio - I’ve noticed a significant amount muscle grow and fat lose over the course of several months now. I can’t believe how happy I am with my progress thus far in such a short amount of time; and I’m so excited for my fitness future with Kyle!
