About Danielle

Hi my name is Danielle, and thank you for checking my profile.  If you select me as your coach, you will have one, that wants to ensure you reach your goals.  I am a big believer in that everyone whether training or life should know the reason behind their own personal "why?"  I find that by, actually having a reason behind knowing this will ensure that you stay the course and not lose motivation.


     I take the time to actually track your progress, and help evaluate where we as a team can improve.  My training regime is diverse and individualized, so not the same cookie cutter workout. Most importantly I want to make it muscle building, fat burning but also FUN.


     As for who, I am Im a proud mothers to a beautiful baby girl, an avid Equestrian, and to top it off a professional Stuntwoman, that can be seen on a variety of TV shows from Greys Anatomy to American Horror story, and movies such as recently released Umma, and Father Stu just to list a few.  Im have been trained in martial arts, being a secondary red belt in taekwondo, MMA, brazilian jiu jitsu, and weapons.  And it should be known Im a total nerd that loves anime and video games. 


    So lets get together to get you where you want to be, the year is not over yet, and its a great time to start.  Look forward to working with you. 


My favorite client story

The top two within this past year.
1.) A grandmother that never worked out before, I worked with her for close to a year when this happened. I was training her and her husband together. She barely had the muscle strength to do a lot of heavy lifting whether at the gym or at home. Anyways after training with me it was close to Christmas at this point, she came and gave me the biggest hug ever and started to cry. I was shocked and asked "what happened? why are you crying?" I was panicked something horrible happened. She said "no these are tears of happiness". She explained to me that her family came in for the holidays, and her daughter brought their 10mth old grandson. She said before she met me she could barely lift, let alone hold him for more than 10min or so. After training with me, she said her grandson was crying and fussing, so she took him in her arms, and bounced him in her arms. What's so great about that? Youre asking. She was not only able to hold him, but also bounce him for over a HALF HOUR standing. Something she was NEVER able to do. Even her husband was amazed and pointed that out to her, when it was happening.
2.) Another current athlete, she came in with low self esteem. She was heavy set, and she had the areas as all of us women have. She wanted to be more confident in herself, so we worked together, not just physical, nutritional, stress and more. She went from 144 to now 125, her mid section went from 45cm around to now 30cm. Yes it took time, but she couldn't have been happier, She is now more confident, mentally strong, and focused.

My favorite exercise

Outside of riding my horse. At the gym hitting the heavy bag, free weights for arms and triceps. Sissy squats for quads

I was given a pack of 4 workouts as a Christmas gift and after carefully looking through everyone's profile, I decided to try a session with Danielle Golden. Given the times, we did remote virtual training sessions. I have quite a bit of experience with personal trainers and working out in general, and I have to say I enjoyed every minute with Danielle! She was fun, kept an eye on my form, and pushed me just enough ( well, sometimes maybe even a little more!) I would recommend her to anyone who is serious about getting in shape.
