I am an ACE certified trainer very experienced with training a wide variety of clients, from seniors to post rehab people with injuries to athletes. I use TRX, resistance bands, stability and medicine balls, Bosu and body weight exercises to create effective workouts custom to your goals. I can also create a resistance workout program with dumbbells, barbells and other weighted equipment that you would supply.
Since diet is as important as exercise in achieving health and fitness gains, I also work with clients on diet and direct them to healthy food choices. My approach is friendly and my communication style is fun, but my workouts are progressive and challenging.
