I was born with multiple respiratory problems and dedication to sports basically saved my life helping me by enhancing my cardiovascular system.This has inspired me to help others by improving their overall quality of life through fitness and nutrition.
I started training as a tennis player at 12 years old at the Bollettieri (now IMG) Tennis Academy in Florida. I turned pro at 18 competing in several european national leagues. As former professional athlete I could experience how a competent coach can make a difference in achieving your goals.
Thanks to the UCLA Fitness Instruction Program I received the highest level of academic education in Kinesiology, Anatomy, Physiology and Nutrition.
