I like to keep the workouts fun and varied by constantly switching up the routines and equipment used from the bozu ball to the TRX suspension, and Kettle bells for strength and conditioning. The workouts gets creative with a variety of circuit training, CrossFit elements, core blasters, and post rehabilitation where it applies. I believe in functional training where the full body is challenged to increase your flexibility, strength, and endurance, which will result in a overall more proportional, toned, and fit body. I constantly push my own body through various high intensity workouts every day which teaches me not only about what my body is capable of performing but it also gives me a greater understanding for my clients and how their bodies will respond to certain exercises which allows me to better program a results given program to get them there faster and safer while having a good time doing it. I thrive to see my clientele achieve their goals and happiness along the way as they notices the results from all the hard work and dedication they invested in themselves. My priority is always to assist my clients to successfully accomplish their goals by matching them with a personalized fitness program and wholesome nutrition regimen that they can embrace and take with them for the rest of their lives since fitness is not temporary it's something that will last you a lifetime. I am certified through NASM as a Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and I am a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. I am also featured on a tv show this July as one of the athlete contenders with Broken Skull Ranch on CMT with stone cold Steve Austin as the host.
