About Luke

Through the years I have worked with hundreds of clients with a variety of different goals, whether its building muscle, weight loss, increased flexibility, or just feeling healthier. As a fitness professional it is my responsibility to educate and motivate my clients to the importance of combining strength training and cardio vascular endurance with good nutritional choices. These have proven to be the right ingredients for a vibrant, productive lifestyle.

Despite the many myths about working out with weights, there are many more reasons to include weight training into your fitness routine. Some of the rewards include: increased bone density, improved immune function, reversed effects of aging, improved mood and increased confidence, improved quality of life, not to mention the compliments you will be receiving when people around you start noticing the changes in your physique.


My favorite client story

Having worked with many children & teens, I have a special place in my heart for the brothers Michael & Hunter. I trained their Mom for many years when they were just young boys. When they were old enough to start weight training, I worked with them as well. 8 years later they are off to college, and both are participating in college sports.
