My name is Tim Sabin. I'm a personal trainer in Milwaukee, WI. After 6 years of working in corporate sales, I became a personal trainer because I realized helping people achieve their fitness goals allows me to wake up full of energy with a smile on my face. I train group fitness, virtual fitness, and, of course, one on one training. Three words to describe me as a trainer would be driven, punctual, and open-minded. Tim trained me during the Quarantine lockdown period. As we all know, that lockdown period was depressing and dark. It was hard to be motivated at times. However, Tim helped me find joy in working out each day and helped me stay motivated. He pays attention to detail in each workout so you are both pushing yourself, but also doing the exercise correctly and getting the most out of it. He does a good job at making sure you don’t simply go through the motions of a workout, but actually get better during the session. His goal is always going to be to push you to reach your max potential, so if you’re willing to work, Tim is the trainer for you.

I have been working with Tim as my trainer for almost a year and I have seen great results. After being consistent with my training sessions, I have lost 20 pounds and dropped 3 sizes in my clothes. The weight loss for me was a huge goal but I also learned so much. From Tim, I now know so much about fitness and an overall healthy lifestyle that works for me. My training sessions are challenging, especially at the beginning, but Tim makes it also very enjoyable and he adjusts to my liking and abilities.
