My name is Brie, I'm the owner of Ohana Wellness, a company offering certified nutrition coaching and personal training. I'm a certified Personal Trainer, Functional Movement Specialist, Nutrition Coach and Health Coach through the American Council on Exercise. I design custom health programs for my clients, as well as teach group classes including Yoga for weight loss and Paddleboard Fitness. I'm a former high school and college athlete, and the creator of the Division 1 Coastal Carolina University Womens Lacrosse team.
When you train with me, you can expect an hour long session: 10 minutes of a dynamic warmup to safely prepare your muscles for activity, 40 minutes of strength training, cardio and high intensity interval exercises, and 10 minutes of a cool down with assisted stretches to help your muscles heal faster and reduce soreness.
In the past, I've worked with clients of all ages and sizes, with a wide variety of health goals: weight loss, athletic development, general health, muscle toning, post injury recovery, elderly fitness, mobility training etc. But one thing remains constant - the drive and motivation that they get from training with me. All of my clients see real results, fast. I remain dedicated to changing peoples lives for the better, and I couldn't ask for a better suited job!
