About Brittany
I was a D3 college soccer player; I played soccer since the age of 5. During high school, I got into going to the gym with friends and lifting legs to help me get stronger for soccer. After my first college season, I began researching nutrition so that I could better fuel my body for the sport that I love. While in college, I worked in a physical therapy office as an aide and increased my knowledge of corrective exercises and how to get people feeling better from different types of injuries and surgeries. I got into personal training because I love working out and sharing my knowledge with clients and pushing them to get better and healthier.
