I have been interested in Health and Fitness since high school, which spawned from playing sports. While I do believe in certain fundamental principles for every person I train, I tailor the training experience to fit each individual. I have experience training people from all walks of life and have a very practical approach to fitness (real, honest, practical methods and information). I've had past experience in bodybuilding, competitive powerlifting, Brasilian Jiu-Jitsu, and rugby.
