Bridgette Duncan is a New York City-based Certified Personal Trainer. She obtained her certification through the American Council on Exercise. She is a former athlete and professional dancer; who is passionate about pre/post injury prevention, rehabilitation and providing quality services to all clients. Her areas of expertise are Pilates, Weightlifting and Running. Bridgette loves to impact clients' lives people through movement. Helping people better themselves through fitness is my goal.
