I threw my back out carrying my enormous toddler about six months ago and knew I needed to do something to build my core strength. I met Brie around this time and she said she could help me with my strength and mobility and most importantly that she could do sessions at my home after my son was asleep which has been amazing since my husband works nights. She is so good at what she does. She is a great listener and tailors each session to where my body is and how it is feeling and what is working and what is not. I am not a particularly driven fitness person but she pushes me just the right amount to keep me growing but not so overwhelmed I want to stop. I haven't had an ounce of trouble with my back since we started working together and she has also helped increase my hip mobility that has been not great since a surgery 4 years ago. And I just generally feel stronger and more balanced and able to keep up with my son. She has room to add a couple more clients right now and I highly recommend her!

I felt great after the class! I did something different that I have never done, yet had a great workout . I see this class benefiting my MMA with flexibility, which will lead to better strikes and better movement overall. This class will help me recover from the pounding of heavy bag and BJJ classes during the week.

During these difficult times I have decided to focus on my well being and bringing my body back to homeostasis. The joint mobility presented in this program allows me to gear my body towards more explosive and high intensity movement. My shoulders have some kinks that needed to be tended too! Brie gave me such insight on stacking the shoulder to prevent impact. I’ll be flying in no time! In these times of isolation and solitude, it is of great consolation to have access to tools to keep my body fit while giving my joints space to expand. The practices that have been shown create more awareness of my mobility and more connection to its mechanisms. Understanding proper alignment! That’s what I am after during this Quarantine!

Since starting training with Brie 6 months ago, I have developed a much stronger core, helping me keep up with my busy 3yr old and lug around my oversized (now) 11 mo old.. Before Brie, I was having pain in my arms, knee and lower back. I felt weak and was really having a hard time physically. Weekly sessions with Brie keeps me in check and mindful of my body! I pay attention to my breathing, my posture and how I move throughout the day. This helps keep me strong and pain free.. The best part of working with Brie however is her patience and tolerance of the kids. It is so lovely to have an Instructor who works the kids into the workout sessions and is flexible enough to change things based in the kid’s temperaments.

Lenci B. Mother of 3 year old and 11 month old.

I have worked with Brie for more than 6 months. Brie is hands down the best personal trainer I have ever worked with. She is skilled, thoughtful and pleasure to talk to. When we started to work together, my goal was to improve my overall conditioning for fitness but we were able to achieve much more after just a few sessions. I am really impressed by Brie’s knowledge about clubbells and it is way more challenging than it looks. The circular strength training designed is a balanced combination between strength and flexibility which is often overlooked by many others. But most importantly, her enthusiasm keeps me inspired so that I want to push myself a little bit further to reach my goal.

Brie is a wonderful dancer and teacher. I am a teacher trainer and examiner with the NDCA and I have seen so many styles and teachers come and go. A few years ago a friend asked if she could invite Brie to perform in one of my showcases. I was so impressed we have invited her back to every single one! I eventually opened my own studio and am proud to promote Brie's classes and events. I sprained my knee last spring, along with, lifetime injuries this created a real problem for me. I have been slowly adding activities to get my self confidently moving again. Brie agreed to personally train me and she is successfully using clubbell yoga and Pilates techniques to get me moving. I am challenged and progressing without any re-injury as she is always conscious of where my limitations are and how we can move forward keeping those in mind. I would recommend Brie to everyone for personal fitness, dance technique, and just plain having a good time!
