My name is Melanie and I've been a personal trainer for 5 years.
Before personal training, I was a professional ballet dancer. After two hip surgeries and a spinal injury, I retired.
It was through physical therapy that I found fitness. Dance had always been incredibly destructive to my body and learning that exercise can heal you was a revelation!
I took up body building in 2014- only competing in two shows. I just loved exercise and wanted to share the amazing psychological and physical benefits it brings to everyone.
I am NASM certified with a specialization in weight loss. I also have a ViPR certification, Kettlebell I certification, and a Strengt and Conditioning certification.
