I'm going to guide you as you get out of your head and get into your body.
Finding fitness, undoubtedly, has changed my life. My "journey," so to speak, started roughly four years ago, at a time in my life where I was lost, in a very dark headspace, and struggling with mental health issues.
Little did I know that stumbling into a gym one day, hating the way I looked, would be the start of something life-changing. I quickly fell in love with fitness: how it made me feel, how it gave me a sense of purpose, and how I could reclaim my body after years of feeling like it didn't belong to me.
As I've learned, fitness and mental health are deeply intertwined; I make it a priority to guide you through both to create a happy and fit lifestyle dependant on your needs!
A typical session is metabolic conditioning. Depending on your access to equipment, we will use as minimal as bodyweight to strength train. Between exercises that keep your heart rate up and sporadic cardio bursts, you'll leave each session in a great headspace, with a great sweat, and set up to continue burning calories throughout the rest of the day.
Some of my other specialties include training youth. I was an elite gymnast, attending the Junior Olympics for rhythmic gymnastics at eight years old. Regardless of the needs of the child, I've been there and can put myself in their shoes.
I also specialize in training runners.
