I am a NASM & CPR/AED certified personal trainer who is passionate to spread her knowledge of fitness, eating right & overall wellness in order to have an injury-free & active life. I am trained in stability, endurance, resistance, core and cardiorespiratory programs that can be designed to meet the individual goal of each client. Losing inches, getting tone & increasing you mobility and strength through a vast scope of workout techniques including kettlebell, resistance bands, step, trampoline, kickboxing, medicine ball & bodyweight. I was a personal trainer at NYSC, but I prefer the personalized at home convenience of the one-on-one or group training out of the “big box” workouts.
