Most of my sessions begin with a simple warm up followed by a good workout and stretching at the end. I do not like to kill my clients but rather give them a good workout that allows us to progress and recover properly. I have worked with all ages from 15 to 68. I’ve trained your typical office worker to celebrities. I like people who are committed and are willing to work multiple times a week in order to reach goals faster. After many years of playing sports I chose working out as a good way to help lower stress and become stronger.
