I am an experienced American Council of Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer (CPT) and fitness nutrition specialist (FNS) with a background in many health related fields. Throughout my career, I've developed a client base of over 70+ individuals all with unique goals that I helped each one accomplish.
My dual degree degree in Biological Science: Biomedical Emphasis at Baruch College and Health & Exercise Science at Syracuse University; 700+ hours of client training experience, as well as the 300+ hours spent in a rehab environment is what shaped my training abilities in to some of the most practical and effective methods available.
My specialties are strength/resistance training, weight-loss, muscle gain, toning, rehab, and functional training. I have experience with clients from the age of 13-80, some of which were cancer survivors, post op, shoulder/back/neck/knee pain, obese, sciatica, herniated disk, ACL injry, meniscus tear, labrum tear (Hip & Shoulder).
