Most recently, I finished my Mind/Body Specialist Certification through A.C.E. I also spent a year studying Holistic Wellness and Nutrition through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and completed their Health Coaching program. I can now add this knowledge to my practice, helping my clients achieve a permanent lifestyle change rather than it being a passing phase. I am also a credentialed teacher with a B.S.Ed in Physical Education and Dance from Northern Illinois University. I have been in the fitness industry since 1988 and have taught a variety of fitness classes.
