About Dana

Dana is an Army Veteran, former Division I athlete, and current runner. She has a strong passion for fitness and believes everyone is an athlete and should train as such to prevent injuries and chronic illness. 


Her hard-nosed approach to coaching allows her clients to reach their goals. She does not implement fad diets and workouts into her workout — all programs are based on scientific research. For her, Wellness is a life long journey that we must dedicate time and effort to everyday and there are no shortcuts.
