As a martial artist, holistic health practitioner and personal trainer I hope to offer a unique approach to training. My goal is to approach fitness as an overall product of health of the body, mind and spirit. I combine modern exercise science and traditional training from Kung Fu and Tai Chi, to improve agility, strength and functional fitness.
I also use breathing and mediation techniques to reduce stress and of Yoga and Holistic treatments to provde a total exercise program that can be done by any one of any age. My focus is on individuals and groups looking to icrease their physical ability, improve health and reduce stress.
