I utilize a lot of Circuit Training and HIIT workouts when training so the durations are pretty intense. But, you will always leave feeling better about yourself and more confident than when we began. You will be dripping with sweat, you will be out of breathe, but you will be a better version of yourself. I do have references available upon request from satisfied clients, who hate me while training but always send a text an hour or so later thanking me for their workout and how well I motivate them!
My training philosophy is that you have to push past and out of your comfort zone in order to achieve your goals. If you are always comfortable you will not gain the results not only physically but mentally that you want. I like to push clients so they gain self confidence by stepping out of their normal zone and showing them they can accomplish more than sweating.
