My favorite client story

I have a client with Rotator Cuff Impingement, When she started her training journey her range of motion was very limited and experienced pain almost daily. Together we set a plan in action to strengthen and stretch her shoulders. After just a few weeks she can now lift her arm over her head and reports little to no pain.

My favorite exercise

My favorite exercise would be the Plank. The plank works the entire body ABS, Shoulder, Arms, Glutes and legs.

My training experience

I have 4 years experience and have trained in private setting at clients home or apartment gym. I also have a gym membership that allows me to train in a gym setting if that is preferred.
