I have been working with Kelly for almost a year now. I’ve worked with trainers in the past that use the same routine every day. Kelly mixes it up every time we work out. If a workout is repeated it’s been awhile since we initially did it! She’s great to talk to and pushes you to be the best, no matter how much you complain! She’s very flexible and makes you feel comfortable no matter what!
