I've been training for 4 years and have trained all types of people. From weight loss to weight gain, pre and post natal, through injuries, etc. It's never too late to start!
I modeled before becoming a trainer so my time in the gym was mostly focused on physique. After entering the fitness world, that shifted more into performance and strength.
My style as a trainer is definitely tough love. I will give you all the tools you need to succeed but it's up to you to use them. Do what you need to do and we'll both be happy! If you don't, well, I'll know it. You'll know it. We both won't be happy. But I will do my best to problem solve with you so we can make sure your time outside of the gym is contributing to your goals and the effort you put in in the gym.
