I'm a quirky and passionate anywhere-in-Columbus personal trainer with over 7 years of experience. I left the corporate grind to do what I love most- empowering and encouraging individuals like my former self to regain control of their lives and become their strongest selves, inside and out through the principles of strength, confidence, and positivity.


 


Specializing in integrating the forever evolving components of fitness in and outside of the gym with a focus on circuit training, HIIT interval training, and balanced life principles, you will find that your strength is limitless, feel encouraged to move, and encounter a true balance of a happy and healthy life. Oh, and make a good friend and coach along the way!
