Hello! I have been a certified personal trainer for almost 4 years and absolutely love my job. I am a military wife and a mom to two wonderful girls. I chose this profession because of my own history with health, weight loss, working out, and nutrition. At one point I was about 85lb overweight and decided I had had enough. Through proper nutrition and exercise I lost the weight and in the process fell in love with the feeling of being healthy and wanted to share it with others. I love working with woman and making them feel great about themselves. My personal training sessions last for 1 hour, I am flexible with hours! I also offer personalized meal planning to really help people reach their goals faster. I would love to help you reach your fitness and nutrition goals!
