My training experience

Lawrence D Marbury (born July 20, 1983) is an American fitness guru, youth development specialist, actor and creator of the worlds famous Half Naked workout for cancer event in Times Square. Since becoming a trainer, Lawrence has also helped whip celebrities, police and fire departments, and private clients into shape with his muscle confusion exercises that target the entire body for serious results. To that, he adds, "I like to train my clients by doing exercises they won't usually do on their own time, by making the training session super fun, exciting, and full of non-stop energetic energy." If you need a snack after all that calorie-burning, Lawrence can also teach you how to make a dinner that's under 500 calories.
