My favorite exercise
My favorite exercises are Deadlifts and Squats. These can be tough exercises that might beat you up a little bit, but I always feel great when I'm able to push myself and work towards my personal goals!

My training philosophy
I will always push my clients to be the best they can be and give 100% of their effort. I don't expect you to do this alone though! I'll be right there with you to push and coach you with constructive feedback! Nobody wants to hear what they're doing wrong over and over again. I always tell my clients what areas they're performing great in and what areas they could improve in, and how to do it. For many, exercise can be an is a way to escape the monotony of every day life. So I make sure to create dynamic programs for my clients so that no two workouts are exactly the same.
My training experience
I've worked 6 months as an Independent Personal Trainer at various gyms in the Los Angeles area and now I'm relocating to the South Atlanta suburb area.

He's very patient, friendly and works really close with you to make sure you're doing everything you really need and adjusting to what you like and don't like while making sure you're working hard to see the results you want.
I've been working with Vaughn for around 2 months now and I'm extremely pleased with the results I've gotten so far. I'm not trying to lose a ton of weight, I mostly want to tone and build strength, but I feel so much better about my body and mind! Vaughn knows just how to push and motivate me, even when I'm having a rough time. I've actually learned a lot about working out and fitness since I started working with him. He's not one of those trainer who just tells you what to do, he takes the time to explain how and why I'm doing certain exercises which I love! If you're looking for a great private trainer in McDonough then I would give Vaughn a call!
Vaughn's style of training adjusts to the need of the client. I have several physical challenges. He made adjustments to assure that I don't injure myself and was always conscious to ask questions as to any changes in my condition. I like to be pushed but I need a gentle hand. Vaughn's approach with me was more to encourage than to press which, lead to a pleasant emotional experience. I really enjoy his approach and hope to continue our work outs.
