I've always had a passion for fitness, and now I want to be passionate about your fitness. I mostly work with average women in their 20s - 40s looking to get in shape and lead healthier lives, but I've also worked with seniors and enjoy being able to help them maintain or regain independence. Having struggled for most of my life with degenerative neuropathy, I understand what it's like to struggle with exercising through obstacles - but I also know how fitness can vastly improve quality of life. I want to help you push through your obstacles and improve your quality of life.
My favorite client story
I have a client who suffers from chronic back pain due to a spinal injury. After 8 months or so of us working together, she told me her pain had decreased and that her latest x-ray showed her condition improving. I was so happy to hear that. The ability to help someone live a better life, especially someone who's suffering, is indescribably wonderful.
My favorite exercise
For my clients? Lunge Curl to Press. It's a total body exercise, tends to get the heart rate up, and adding challenge to it is as easy as bumping the dumbbell weight up. For myself? That's close between Bulgarian Split Squats and TRX Crunches
