About Kyle

Hello, my name Kyle Ciandella and I am a NASM Certified personal trainer. My passion in life is to help others determine and achieve their fitness goals, whatever they may be! I have had the opportunity to work with clients that are rehabbing injuries, training for a sport, attempting to gain muscle or lose weight and many others. My favorite exercise

It is tough to only choose one, but I think I would have to go with traditional pullups. They are a great foundational exercise that can be done almost anywhere and are consistently challenging.

My training philosophy

I always recommend finding the type of exercise that you enjoy and are most likely to stick with on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. With that being said, there will be plenty of days where we have to mentally overcome the desire to not train. I also find that it helps when you have a clear and established goal out ahead of you. Share the goal with friends and family and aim to make incremental steps towards completing that goal.

My training experience

I have been working full-time in the fitness industry for last 5 years. I am both a personal trainer and fitness instructor. I run my own training business out of my home gym as well as work a the Fitness Program Manager at a gym in Fountain Valley.
