Our mission as an ELITE Health and Fitness Coach is to aid clients in achieving their specific health and fitness goals by promoting a healthy and holistic lifestyle through healthy habits, consistent physical activity, and nutritional education. We train a wide-array of clients who have various fitness and nutritional goals. Examples of said goals are weight loss, weight gain, increased muscle mass, pain reduction, fitness tests (or challenges), medication elimination, or even preparing for a fitness related competition. When (Ryan, owner) I was younger I was obese due to lack of exercise, poor eating habits, and unhealthy lifestyle choices. My Mom scheduled a training session for me with her personal trainer when I was a teenager. Her personal trainer helped to positively change my life. He helped me start to build healthier habits, thus increasing my quality of life and my personal happiness. With consistent physical activity and healthy nutrition, he held me accountable and motivated me to turn these new habits into a lifestyle. He encouraged me to compete in a teen body building competition and in doing so, I found confidence in myself and my world was opened to opportunity. This inspired me to integrate myself further into the world of health and fitness. Since then, I have found that I am able to utilize my strengths in helping others to also achieve their goals.
I work with any and all clientele who are willing to work with me. My education and experience has provided me with the knowledge and skill set to help others achieve their fitness and nutrition goals. I have helped clients with various physical limitations, losing or gaining weight, bodybuilding competition prep, and I have worked with numerous clients in-home due to lack of mobility. I have worked with clients as young as sixteen and as old as 82, all with varying wants and needs.
My favorite client story
Over the course of the past few months, I have been assisting an elderly gentleman. When he was younger, he was in an accident that resulted in severe injury to his body. His right hip joint healed improperly, and he is now wheelchair bound. He is limited in his range of motion and mobility. During the time in which I have been working, he has developed strength, flexibility, and his mobility is increasing. He is now able to walk with assistance and I am certain that in time, he will continue to develop his strength and mobility.
My favorite exercise
My favorite exercise is Back squats. I choose this as my favorite exercise because they involve the whole body to perform the exercise, with the emphasis being on the legs.

My training experience
My training experience is 10 years. I have competed in bodybuilding, classic physique, and physique competitions. I have also placed top 3 in all of my competitions. I have also trained women for Bikini competitions as well. I have also prepared clients in conditioning for military training. I am also a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps Reserves. I have also completed my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Exercise science. I have been training clients for over 7 years, and I love what I do. I enjoy helping people reach their goals.

Ryan is an exceptional trainer and I know this because I hired him to work with my uncle Bill. My uncle finished with his allotted physical therapy and wanted to continue working with someone to maintain his strength after a fall. I was very impressed with Ryan when I was trying to determine if he was the right fit. He asked several questions making sure that he could safely and effectively train Bill. Then he assessed Bill to see where to begin. They have been working together for several months now and Bill continues to get stronger and healthier. Bill really enjoys Ryan and Ryan seems to intuitively know the right amount of "push" to give him. Ryan is a problem solver, very encouraging, and brings a great deal of compassion to a challenging situation. Ryan is a great motivator. He simplifies things and was able to start with the basics with me. He was very good at attuning to my goals and understanding where I was in my fitness journey and helping me continue to move forward. He is very available to his clients and very personable. You can tell he takes great passion in his work and likes to help them meet their goals and succeed.
Ryan is very positive, friendly, and effective as a trainer. We developed a workout plan together to reach towards my goals. Ryan has worked with my mother for a few months now and provides a great balance of instruction, support, and accountability that she needs to stay active and moving as she gets older. I started working with Ryan because I had fallen out of the gym routine and needed someone to help me get back on the horse. Working out with Ryan helped me achieve that; I regained a lot of comfortability with working out and felt more driven to get back to the gym multiple days per week. Ryan and I only worked out one or two days per week, but after a couple months, I had lost some weight and 2% BMI. More importantly, I felt better physically and felt motivated to continue what we had accomplished.
