If you have ever felt overwhelmed as it relates to your health, I have been there myself. I used to feel tired, sluggish, not in shape and was lacking confidence as a result, therefore I resolved in myself to change my health for good and become the type of person who takes care of my body and mind every single day. Physical exercise should not be such a drag to do, it should be challenging yet also invigorating to your body and mind. My goal is to have each client of mine walk away from each session thinking "I am glad that I chose to do this today" or "I am happy I chose to take care of my health and well-being today". Wherever you are, there is something you can do today to get yourself moving in the right direction. I will be a coach who will pay close attention to detail, always be encouraging, keep the bigger picture in mind, and deliver tough love when needed. I am experienced working across diverse populations and seeing what each individual in need of in their own unique circumstances.
