I started Personal Training (PT) in 2008, and have worked with a variety of clients, ranging from ages 8-90. I enjoy working with women with are looking to push their limits, and love challenging themselves. I treat every client like the special individual that you are, with no routine the same for everyone. Every session is tailored for that specific person. I am also a Mindset Coach, making sure that you are creating a healthy lifestyle change that you want, and being able to not only become physically fit, but create a mindset that allows you to excel and succeed in all areas.
