I am a 26 year old mother to 2 boys. I became a personal trainer because I want to help educate others on how to lose weight, build muscle, feel better and see long term success. I always try to make my clients as comfortable as possible through the sessions. I push my clients to their limits (and sometimes past them, depending on the situation) but I only give them what I know they can handle! I have worked with clients of all backgrounds, most of which are women! Because the majority of clients come to me with injuries of some degree, I am currently finishing up my Corrective Exercise Certification so that I can help my clients stay safe while reaching their goals.
