I have been training clients for almost 7 years now and I love helping my clients feel strong and confident. I have a huge passion for helping my clients get out of and stay out of pain due to past injury or a chronic issue. I have extensive experience in corrective exercise and rehabilitation exercises. I also have a huge passion for helping women feel strong, confident, and proud through strength training and proper nutrition.
