About David
I am 40 I have 6 years of service in the Air Force, I have been training for over 10+ years. I am NASM certified personal trainer and I am currently expanding my knowledge with corrective exercise specialization, nutrition, performance enhancement specialization, behavior change specialization, and group fitness. You can train with the average trainer that made minimum requirements to get their certificate or you can train with someone that never received below the top 10%. I became a personal trainer because on my journey to be healthier I spent a lot of time trying to figure out if the information I found on fitness and nutrition was legitimate or if it was just someone trying to make themselves famous by putting false but enticing information out. I want to help others make real progress with quality information so they don't waste time like I did.
