I am a ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) certified pro, and book author with over 23 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. My primary mission is to combine my knowledge and experience in the gym wisely, while properly guiding clients to their fitness destinations. Working out with willpower is important, however I firmly believe on focusing first on mental muscle, and the psychological aspects of discovering your WHY-power, while personally designing your exercise programs.
