My favorite client story
I had a 78 year old client. She had double knee replacement surgery prior to us working out. I told her we just needed to start from the bottom and work on functional movement, so that everything she was still trying to through her daily routine would feel better and be easier. Stability ball exercises, cardiovascular movements, and functional row movements. I helped encourage her to get her nutrition in check and build a healthy routine as well. She lost 30 lbs and felt amazing!

It is so hard to pick a favorite exercise! I do love Lat Pulldowns and Rowing movements though!

I have been personal training for 3 years now! Before that, I was a collegiate athlete and played collegiate basketball at a high level. I specialize in helping busy people, no matter the age, lose weight, build lean muscle, and become more confident.
