For my weight loss clients, When you choose to train with me you will get to train using a revolutionary program that gets phenomenal results in just 20 minutes a day, 3 days a week, without restrictive calorie diets. My program approaches weight loss through hormone response, NOT calories. I coach my clients personally in a group class, and/or one on one sessions. I also assist you in your Nutritional needs from meals to supplements. For my strength training, and bodybuilding clients, I presently hold 48 World records in power lifting at the age of 65 and 146lbs. I specialize in the mechanics, and science of Strength Training. I can design, and implement a program to help you reach your goals, and attain the conditioning you desire. I study nutrition extensively, and can assist you in your meal plans, and I provide the training facility (for those that are local), and for those of you who contact me online, I can train you to accomplish your goals as well. I will work with you consistently and keep you motivated. If I can transform myself, and I did, I can help you. I presently train people from 12 to 80 and have trained 7 people to World class status. From Fat loss, fitness, conditioning, to Strength and Power, and everything in between, I will be your Coach, and trainer to whatever your goals are. You do not have to lift tremendous amounts of weight like me, but you do have to be willing to work consistently, and continuously. Everyone starts somewhere, let's start now! My favorite client story
My client Dale Rayes is 73 years old, after 2 knee replacements he sat around for 2 years and gained about 50 lbs. Dale is an avid dirt bike rider, and unable to ride or even hold his bike up, he retained my services. Working our 3 days a week it took Dale 18 months, but he lost 60 lbs., is much, much stronger then he has ever been and now rides his dirt bike through the NV, AZ, and CALIFORNIA desert for week long trips. He continues to workout with me when he isn't away riding.
My favorite exercise
For Power & Strength it is the Bench Press, because when done properly, it works all of the body's muscle groups much like the Squat, and Dead Lift. For weight loss, it is various bodyweight exercises that use numerous muscle groups at the same time, this insures maximum results.

My training experience
I presently hold 48 World records in bench press and dead lift in 3 different Federations, and 3 different weight classes. I am the NV STATE CHAIRMAN for the World Association of Benchers and Deadlifters. In 2013 I made History by being the only man in the World to break 6 World records in 3 different Judged competitions in 3 different weight classes, all in a total of 97 days at the age of 62. I fluctuated my weight from 148lbs. to 132lbs. then to 165lbs. and back to 148lbs., all in 97 days, and broke World records in each weight class. I did this at 63 years of age.
