Fitness has always played a huge role in my life. Whether running on my high school’s cross-country and track & field teams, years later running the New York City marathon, or more recently participating in obstacle course races; I’ve continually challenged myself to achieve more.
In my 20’s, working out consisted of intense cardio – mainly running and spin classes. But despite these high-calorie-burning sessions, 6 days a week, my body always looked the same.
That’s when I began working out with a personal trainer. Through resistance training my body became leaner, stronger and more athletic than ever. I was seeing results and this gratifying transformation sparked a major life change.
After 15+ years working at some of the world’s most iconic brands including Madison Square Garden and The New York Times, I left corporate America to exercise my passion for fitness.
Now it’s my job to help others transform their bodies and their minds. And I love what I do. I made many sacrifices for this life change but each day I wake up feeling grateful that I can help people feel good, change their lives and achieve their fitness goals.
