Being a personal trainer is the best thing that ever happened to me and my family . It's very rewarding to go home at the end of the day and know I helped someone reach there goal and elongated there life spam through excercise and making healthier food choices . I started personal training back in 2008 and haven't stopped since . I thought it will get harder to have a full time job with 2 babies at home but I actually find it easier and even a better reason why I have to stay healthy and help others do the same !

If you are looking for the perfect trainer, Eman fits the bill. She's incredibly good at what she does, her work is effective, she's proffessional yet friendly, very responsive and always tries to work with my schedule despite her own. I really feel like I'm a priority to her and she truly wants the best for me. She's very encouraging and makes me feel like I've accomplished the impossible after an intense session. I've lost over 120 pounds in the year I've been working with Eman! She's truly the best.
Eman has been my trainer for several years. She is highly skilled, caring, devoted, and enthusiastic! She is so smart, that she can individualize my needs and present the most efficient, resourceful and effective training to receive the best results. No one has ever understood me so well, and carefully increased my workouts to motivate me and help reach my goals. Her knowledge is extensive in training, nutrition, and life!!
I began working with Eman to continue my physical therapy after an ACL replacement in my knee. I also wanted to prepare for a return to Tae Kwon Do and improve my overall strength and fitness. With Eman, I am in the process of accomplishing all of these goals and have already made significant progress. I've put on 5 pounds but lost an inch around the waist, having already put on a fair amount of muscle. I'm in better shape than I've been in a long time. Eman is incredibly good at what she does-always able to mix it up, keep it interesting, keep it from being repetitive. By doing so, she also allows the body sufficient time to recover while still building muscle. She's an excellent choice for a trainer-she'll listen to you, work with you, and help you to as great an extent possible. On top of everything else she is very flexible in scheduling. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to you for any training need.
